Type in the freight company name with "freight" for example "Roadrunner Freight."
Most freight companies have a space on their homepage to enter the bill of lading
(sometimes called PRO) number.

will answer within 5 business hours, Monday - Friday 9-5 EST. Although our support
goes beyond these "universal business" hours, tracking information is more easily
obtained during this time frame as we may need to contact other warehouses if your

Left-over soup
After the holidays I had some left overs from the big meals my family had and decided to make a soup in the office for my myself and my coworkers. Pictured to the left is a ham bone and the soup that resulted from it.
Ham Bone soup
Ingredients: Ham bone, some cut up ham, vegetable stock, water, white onion, celery, potatoes, sweet peas.
What I did was take a full container of vegetable stock and then added about 3/4 of that container of water to a pot and put it in a big pot on our companies induction cooker set to 180 degrees. I put the ham bone in with some ham still attached and let it simmer all morning from 7 am until about 11 am. Then I took out the ham bone and add in cut up: 3/4 of the white onion, two celery stalks, one brown potato and one red potato, and a can of sweet peas. I let that simmer for about 40 minutes, added in the ham chunks at the end about 5 minutes before eating. Everyone seemed to like it; it disappeared fast.
After Thanksgiving dark meat turkey soup
Ingredients: Left over dark meat on leg bone and wing bones, celery, yellow onion, chicken stock, pasta
Almost the same process. Added in the turkey attached to the bones around 7am and let simmer on the induction in a pot of chicken stock and water for about 4 hours set to 180 degrees. Took out the turkey bones and took the meat off the bones and added back in cut up at the end with the pasta. Added in the vegetables and let it sit for about 40 minutes. Lastly I added in the pasta and turkey and when the pasta was soft had some great soup.
What I love about these soups is using all the leftovers; it seems a shame to let even a bone go to waste. The unexpected: the bones make it so much more favorable than any canned soup...The overlooked aspect: the aroma filled the office and made everyone give me looks all morning for making them hungry.

Fahrvergnügen
This German term coined by Volkswagen means “Driving Enjoyment”. It was used in advertising by Volkswagen as "Fahrvergnügen: It's what makes a car a Volkswagen."
This is a perfect word to use in describing the VW Bug that I own.
I’ve been working on my ’69 bug now for about 4 years or so. I’ve pulled the motor out, removed all of the interior, changed the rims, painted various parts and pieces, lowered the
suspension and the list goes on and on. It will always be a work in progress, but that’s what makes it fun. Living here in the sunshine state I get to drive it a lot more often than many of my
northern VW friends. The rough part of it all is that there isn’t any air conditioning in the car. The only a/c that it has is the windows down and a speedy 60mph.
I often car pool together with Terry, a fellow employee here at WDB. It was exciting for me to drive him for the first time in it to work. As I stated above it’s a work in progress.
There is virtually no interior, the seats are just the bare springs, no door panels, the seat belts are only lap belts, it’s noisy, air comes in from every crack and crevice. You get the point.
After a few minutes of clenching his teeth and trying to hold on for dear life he started to really enjoy the drive. Although frightening for him at first, he got to experience firsthand the
Fahrvergnugen that I often talk about around here at the office.

Catherine’s Jewelry Making Hobby
As the technical writer for Web Direct Brands Inc., I spend my work day in front of the computer writing about our various product lines, as
well as attending meetings and collaborating on starter projects with my co-workers. Somedays are hectic, full of time-sensitive writing to improve
our websites and help our customers. In the evening and on the weekends at home, I find creating jewelry helps me come down from the day and
relax into a world of jewel-tone colors, metal wires and faceted beads.
I’ve started my own boutique storefront on the popular crafting site Etsy called: Caroline Moon Designs. Prices usually range from $8 to $30 depending on the style. Handcrafting jewelry is a passion of
mine and a skill that brings out my creativity. I hope to continue developing as a jewelry artist and writer.

Office mascots
Lucy, Monticore and the chickens are our WDB friends and residents and we believe contribute to our well being and positive attitudes at work. Pictured up top is Lucy who spends her days hanging out with the manufacturing crew. However the office staff frequently makes trips over to pet and feed her treats throughout the day.
Monticore, pictured below sprawled out in some holiday decorations, spends his days laying across the desks and product shelves of the WDB offices. Basically where ever he pleases.
Lastly are the WDB chickens. Rudy, one of the most friendly we have had, is pictured below with our CEO on a tractor during an early stage of our construction. When we came to our current property there were chickens at the location. We didn't feel it was right to take away the chickens' home as they were here first; so we put food out for them regularly and let them come and go as they please. It has been interesting and entertaining over the years to see the generations of chickens that move through the property.

Rain barrel project
Eco-friendly, fun project and money saving - love it. Once summer arrived our chats around the office about what we did over the weekend took a home improvements tone. One of the most recent topics has been rain barrels. Scott took a look around locally and online at rain barrels and saw prices going over 100 bucks. Nearly gave up on the idea but then came across a place getting rid of white plastic 55 gallon barrels that previously held citrus concentrate. He bought two and I bought two. I had scuffed it up using a course sand paper to make it look like wood texture. Painted it brown and silver for the bands. Put in a spigot on the bottom and an overflow pipe on the top. Then fed the 3" down spout into an inlet with a screen riveted to it for filtration from the gutters. Scott's is pictured below and has done the same type of installation.
The picture at the top was taken during a light rain - the barrel is already filled and overflowing from the overflow pipe.

Zoe and Buckley - outside consultants
Buckley and Zoe because part of the WDB team through Matt; one of the WDB employees. Zoe (sheltie) has been visiting the offices of WDB since the very first days of the company and has been a true supporter of our business ever since. Buckley has also made the trip to the office on numerous occasions; but typically gets so excited by all the people willing to rub her belly that she quickly tires and insists on retreating to the couch and air conditioning of her home.

I purchased the Estate Swing 16 Foot Long, Dual Driveway Gates to replace a set
of iron gates that took a lot of maintenance. I at first had doubts since the price
for these aluminum gates was less than the competitions. I received the gates today
and was extremely pleased to find that they exceeded my expectations! They are more
sturdy than my old iron gates and arrived in fortified packaging. Thank you Sinbad

At the end of last year we purchased your Estate Swing ES 1602 Dual Gate Opener.
My father built the gate for us which is 7ft. tall and about 10ft. wide each side
and solid wood. We installed the electronics on our own and after some fine-tuning
everything is working perfect. We had a few issues because of the weight of the
gate but everything is working beautifully now and seems to be exactly what we needed.
